Phil was a member of my unit in the Shrine and he loved working the circus. He was a blast to be around and the tales he told! I worked many Shrine functions with him and he worked hard and played hard. He was an accomplished photographer but guns were his first love after his kids. I never met his brother but tales of their trips would curl your hair. He was a big part of my introduction into the Shrine. Gonna miss you Phil.
