He came across as quite a character and the stories that were shared with me confirmed that he was! He had such a full and interesting life filled with friends and loved ones. What more could you ask for.

I have known the antique dealer, Bill, for longer than not; I am 60 years old now, and knew Bill for 40 of them.
When I moved out of the area, I lost touch with him but I always asked of his "young" cronies how he was and how he'd been. Bill was instrumental in helping several of these local antique dealers and was a man of humor, integrity, and knowledge.
Like Bill, my Dad flew B-17's during WW2 but Bill was the only man I ever knew who flew with the 8th Airforce...
