Willy was one of the nicest kids from our old "Island" multiethnic neighborhood of 3 deckers,bars,businesses and factories. Willy lived in a large multifamily over the famous "Bucket of Blood" saloon (Mahogony's Rendezvous) and not far from the enormous Wyman-Gordon forge whose rhythmic pounding lulled us to sleep each night during WW11 and into the 1950's.
