Dearest Tickner children -
This is to all of you, although we really knew Sharon best, of course, and then Marilyn . . . and Richard not as well.
But we remember your family and your parents very fondly . . . (sorry we hadn't hadn't known of your mother's passing earlier). We know your father's loss is keenly felt by all of you, and by many friends.
As people age and so many changes happen we often lose touch with many who have enriched our lives, but the good memories are still...

I knew Bill for nearly 30 years and even when I visited with him in March, his intellect and compassion and wit were still evident. He was a joy to be around and a delightful man. Our congregation at the Community Presbyterian Church in Sandy will miss him!
