God called home an Angel on October 8, 2010. He picked a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Wilhelmina Ramey Parker was a beautiful, sweet and a kind hearted person with a style of her own. She could brighten up a room from miles away with a simple “hello”.
