Wilkes Coleman Robinson

I served with Wilkes on the Court of Federal Claims and as Chief Judge presided at the happy ceremony where Wilkes was sworn in as a Judge of the Court. From that day on he was as fine a colleague and friend as anyone could wish for. Wilkes was deeply committed to the Constitution and the law. But he was a very good man with interest in the health of the society, his family and his friends. It was an honor and blessing to know and work with him. I know he is with the Lord now.
