Not sure what to say?

Brenda and family, it's been almost a year since Will left us, and I think of him and y'all so frequently. I cherish the time spent in the "hollow," the nights in the Dolan House, the communion wine in the little cabin, and the many hours of good conversation. Will was a blessing in my life; there will never be another like him.

I WAS AMONG 16 COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS WHO ATTENDED THE 4TH SOUTHERN STUDENT HUMAN RELATIONS SEMINAR HELD AT THE UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN IN THE SUMMER OF 1961. During the summer of 1996, I had the pleasure of visiting Will on his Tennesee farm. He autographed my copy of his book "Forty Acres and a Goat." He was an inspiration to many. Well done, thou good and faithful servant!

We thank God for his ministry, his love, and his service to all of us, especially helping us to grow out of our small selves and be better.

Will Campbell touched our hearts and changed our lives, and his music still rings in our spirits.

Will was a customer of Adams Service Station on Lebanon Rd in the Mt Juliet area. He was a special person to Doc and I. We had children who were in classes with some of Will's family. Doc went to be with the Lord on February 25, 2012. He probably was at the Gates of Heaven when Will's name was called out. What good memories I have of the tales that were told when Will was around chatting with customers. I have purchased some of the books he wrote. May the Lord give the family comfort that...
