Will Carter Marks, Sr

Will C Marks, Sr a native and resident of New Orleans, La passed away peacefully Christmas Morning at the age of 71. Son of the late Elnora Leonard and Fred Marks; Loving father of Shawanda (Joseph) Goodwin, Will (Simone) Marks Jr., Nadia (Deshannon) Patterson, and Roy (Bernice) Webster Jr.; and Tanya Jackson. Devoted grandfather to Joshua Womack, Joseph and Jeremiah Goodwin, Ivayante Patterson, Tarie Porter, Bria Evans, Will III, Taylor and Chelsea Marks. Great Grandfather of the late Nylah Marks Brother of Lorraine Curry, Carolyn M. Martin, Fred Mark Jr., and the late Edward Cunningham Jr., Gloria Turner and Sadie Marks. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Relatives and Friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of New Home Ministries, former co-workers of HANO and LSUMC, are all invited to attend Will's Celebration of Life Service Saturday January 7, 2023 at 10:00am at New Home Ministries 1616 Robert C. Blakes Dr. (Carondelet St),  New Orleans, La, Bishop R. C. Blakes Jr. Pastor. Bishop Samuel R Blakes, Pastor/Officiating Minister. Interment Greenwood Cemetery (5190 Canal Blvd). Visitation begins at 9:00 am in the above named church.
