William Michael Pyle Jr., passed on March 17, 2024. Will was born in Ocala, Florida, on September 22, 1985, and raised in Sebring, Florida. He was a proud graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned a degree in Geomatics. Will was an unwavering supporter of the Gators, his passion for the team shining through in every game.
In addition to his academic achievements, Will was an entrepreneur who, along with his close friend and business partner Kyle Stivender, co-founded SGIS, a successful business based in his hometown of Sebring. Through SGIS, Will exemplified determination and dedication to his community, contributing to its growth and prosperity.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Will was a man of strong faith, finding comfort and guidance in his spiritual beliefs. His faith was a guiding light throughout his life, shaping his values and actions, and providing him with strength during both joyful and challenging times.
Will was also a devoted family man who cherished spending time with his wife, Katheryn, and their two sons, William Michael Pyle III (Tripp) and Austin Edward Pyle. He found immense joy in coaching his son's baseball team, sharing his love for the sport, and instilling values of teamwork and perseverance in the young players.
In his leisure time, Will could often be found fishing and hunting in the great outdoors. He had a zest for life and loved nothing more than dancing the night away to country music with his friends and loved ones.
Will’s kind heart, entrepreneurial spirit, infectious laughter, strong sense of faith, and genuine love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those he touched. Will is survived by his wife, Katheryn (Katy) Pyle, his two sons, William Michael Pyle III (Tripp) and Austin Edward Pyle, his father, William Michael Pyle, and his sister, Laura Pyle.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, March 25 at 11:00AM at Avon Park Lakes Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to Sebring Youth Baseball, a program that was close to Will's heart. Donations can be sent to P.O. Box 1178, Sebring, FL 33871.

I haven't spoke to Will for several years since we worked together and he departed Cardno but I never stopped hoping he and his family were doing well. He was a kind, soft spoken young man who I always thought would have a very successful career and would cherish his family and friends. He had the drive that few people possess and I knew although young, he was going to make a difference in this world. I am deeply saddened and know that memories of him will live on and he will never be...
