Cynthia and I will miss our dear friend so very much. Our visit with Bill and his sister Ruthanne in Montana in 2000 included a guided tour of part of Yellowstone. We'll never forget it. And we'll miss his visits to our home in Jackson, Bill's e-mails and telephone calls.
