Mr. Lockler was the kindest man. I have sweet memories of Mr. Lockler. He was not only my tax man he was my dear friend. I have missed Mr. Lockler since he physical absence at his office and now that I know he has departed this earth I will miss him even more. Gentle, kind, sweet, patient and smart.
