WILLARD WAS ONE OF THE BEST PERSONS AND POLICE OFFICERS i EVER KNEW. mAY HE REST IN PEACE
AND HAVE SPEEDY ENTRY INTO HEAVEN.

My sincerest sympathies to the family of Willard. I worked with Willard in Stockertown while he was our Police Chief. He was always willing to get involved and lend a helping hand when needed, and even before needed. I will remember Willard with much fondness and was very happy to see him involved with the Upper Nazareth Board. He will be a much missed member of his community.

Willard was my cousin. Barbara and I are so sorry to hear of his passing. We extend our sympathy to his family, friends and his many associates in his lifelong work in the service of local communities and our great state of PA. God Bless him for all he has done during his life of service. Wilson and Barbara Gum

Deepest Sympathy to the Mohn Families.

May God hold you in the palm of His hand during this difficult time. May your hearts be at peace as you cherish the memories and celebrate the well lived/served life of your husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. With sympathy, Bob, Sherri, Kellie and Lindsay Meyers

Sincere condolences to Willard's family. I miss the times when he and I met while we were on Police Patrol. That was a long time ago, but I still have good memories. He will be missed by many.
