It has been an honor and privilege to hunt at the farm the past 8 years. I'm so grateful and looked forward to seeing him every year. All the best to the family. Special thanks to Dick and Jimmie.

I have been an attorney for over thirty years and had many cases with Mr. Rappleye over the years. I cannot recall a nicer or more honest man than Willard. If more attorneys adopted his approach the profession would surely benefit. Mr. Rappleye you will be surely missed. Ivan Brown

I met Bill and Dee when they were at one of the places my husband Larry Chase played in the band "Bob Donelly Trio. They were both full of life and seemed to enjoying the Trio. I can see him dancing with her. To his Family I pray Our Great and Gracious God will hold you in His Loving Arms and , may you feel His comfort. They are not dead they are just away, and we will see them again one day

I was sorry to hear of Bill´s passing he was one of a kind. He was always there for those that needed him. A great Democrat that helped the party for years to keep to their values. He walked the walk and will be missed by all that came in contact with him.
