Willard passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017. Willard was a resident of Kentucky at the time of passing. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Linnemann Family Funeral Home and Event Center in Burlington, KY with service to follow at 12:00 PM. Interment will be held at Williamstown Veterans Cemetery in Williamstown, KY. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Ashland Avenue Baptist Church:? 2735 Ashland Ave; Covington, KY 41015? or Florence Rotary Club: P.O. Box 6027, Florence, KY 41022.
Dad is missed every day. Not a day goes by where I don’t think of him. Thank you for all of the advice and lessons learned. With the season being Fall I think about all of the bulbs we planted together. I knew we would always have a beautiful show in the spring! This will always be one of my fondest memories with love. I miss you dad!

Mr. Rusk came into our office each month to make his HOA payments. He was one of our absolute favorite homeowners! He was always so smiley, kind and just a great person. Everyone in our office either made friends with him or at least had conversations with him each month that were impressionable. He will surely be missed!
