I worked with Willard at the FRB of KC. Willard was very nice and funny to talk with. I seen him almost every day, he always had a grin going on. My condolences to his family and may GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

I worked with Willard at the Federal Reserve Bank. I was relieved when he was on the other end of the helpdesk phone. He never made you feel stupid and was always able to help with my problems. He always provided service plus. I will miss him greatly. I pray the passing of time will ease the pain of your loss.

I worked with Willard at the Fed. Whenever I had a problem, Willard was the solver a good deal of the time. He will be missed here. My prayers and thoughts are with you, his family, at this time.
