I've known Willard Tucker, since I was a child. There is a song, "RIDING HIGH", by the 70's music group FAZE-O, that I first heard played on Willard's 8-track radio, while riding in the backseat of his 1975 Cutlas. That's one of my favorite songs. It brings back memories of Willard, everytime I hear it played. And today, I will always think of, Willard F. Tucker as..., "RIDING HIGH".
