I remember Willard as a trailblazer in the Edmondson/Fremont Avenue Baltimore...

My deepest condolences on the loss of dear Willard. I loved talking with him about his Cornell days and teasing him about his involvement in accappella. sending love and prayers to all his big, wonderful family.

Willard and I were classmates in the Gilman Class of 1968. He had a warm and engaging personality and was a popular and stalwart member of the Class. I feel very fortunate to have known him and been his friend. Willard was always the consummate gentleman. He will be missed by all who knew him. I offer my sincere condolences to his family. My thoughts and prayers are with Willard and you at this time.

As a fellow classmate (Gilman, 1968), I remember Willard as a true gentleman. It was an honor to know him and a pleasure to re-connect at our 50th reunion.

Even though we lost touch after retiring, I have fond memories of Willard..he was always kind, helpful and pleasant. I'm so very sorry for your loss.
