Willard Wise

March 28, 1921 Feb. 17, 2004 Willard "Bill" Wise, 82, of Rainsville died Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Rainsville Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Gerald Dukes and Kip McClurg officiating. Interment will be in Trinity Cemetery.
