Not sure what to say?

It has been awhile since I heard Mr. T passed away. I think of him and the three other great partners at Intec. I am forever indebted to Mr. T for teaching me what means to be a professional. I lost my own father a year before joining Intec. In a lot of ways, Mr T. Jim, Bert and David took that role - although they didn’t know if! Miss you Mr. T and thank you for everything you did for me !

Even though a year has passed, Willem often comes to mind as I recall our days at INTEC and the many memories made during those years. There have been a number of specific days and or events that have passed which brought back to me the things that Willem had said or done in similar situations. Since Willem passed. a very good friend of Willem's for many years at RJ Brown and one of the INTEC partners, Jim Gillespie has also passed. Time may pass by, but the memories will remain of our...

I will always remember his inspiring and funny speeches at the many Christmas parties we had over the years at INTECE Engineering. One year that comes to mind was when he kept comparing several co-workers with birds, specially Nestor G., as I was bursting out laughing.
I am greatful that I've got to know him and worked for so many years at this wonderful company that he created with his partners. RIP Mr. Timmermans.

Of the many testaments others have given to Willem’s exceptional qualities, I would like to highlight his pure strength of character. Never was this more valuable to us coworkers than when the Oil and Gas bust hit in the early 1980s. While others shed employees, Willem kept us together, and never even lost his sense of humor!
My deepest sympathy to his wonderful family; may these appreciations provide some comfort.

So very sad to hear of this. I met Mr. Timmermans a looong time ago when I started at INTEC. He was a pleasure to work with/for....always so kind and when he walked the floors, you could feel his presence. Nervous when he appeared at your door, but immediately relieved as he smiled and often made a funny comment before getting to the "business". My sincere condolences to the family. RIP Mr. T.

This is really a sad day..Bill was one of the pioneers and he made INTEC Engineering a great place to work. He had utmost respect for every individual who worked with during his days at INTEC Engineering. We all will miss him very much. Deepest condolences to his family.

I am saddened to hear that Bill passed away. I worked with Bill during ‘RJBA’ days, early 1980’s in Houston. I have fond memories of this period with Bill at the helm at RJBA, sharing his wisdom with engineers, and guiding project managers in executing very interesting projects; the camaraderie among the engineers and managers fostered by the bold, steady and resolute leadership Bill provided. Bill was a very kind hearted and a helpful person. Sincere condolences to Bill’s family grieving the...

Really sad to learn about passing away of WJT. He was not only a subsea engineer, but a source of knowledge for other subject. I had a useful discussion with him on hydrodynamics of hull shapes.
Rest in Peace Bill.
My condolences to his family
