I met Willie in New York while working for NYCT. He was assigned to the New York City Department of Transportation as a liaison. Willie was a true gentleman a spiffy dresser. I hear from Willie in 2020, 6 years after I retired due to cancer relapse. Willie called to thank me for treating him like a gentleman and human being.
