William "Bill" Peck

William “Bill” Peck, 72, of Spring Valley, died Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

A memorial service to celebrate Bill’s life will be held at a later date.  The Barto Funeral Home, Spring Valley, is assisting the family.

Bill was born on June 25, 1949 in Streator to David Peck and Ethel Talerico. He had worked many jobs throughout the years in maintenance work.

Survivors include his companion, Lydia Ann Forrest Waclaw of Spring Valley and his siblings, Donna French of Anderson, IN, Linda (Eric) Buland of Mendota, Susan Noles of Mendota, Fred (Lisa) Peck of Castle Hayne, NC, Mary Brandt of Spring Valley, and Diana (Andy) Briddick of LaSalle; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, James Peck; a brother-in-law; and a nephew, Dustin.
