Thanks to all who leave a kind note or a memory of my husband Billy. He was truly one of a kind and I am frateful that I got to call him my husband. If you knew him, you know he had a way of making people feel welcome. He truly never met a stranger. Within minutes of meeting someone, he could make them laugh, make them feel like an old friend. He was funny in a way that could brighten even the hardest days. He was kind in the quiet ways that mattered most. And he was loving and supportive....

I am just so sad to hear that Billy is gone. He was a fun, loving guy who I met so many years ago because I was his sister Bette's friend. He painted my apartment, co-DJ'd my wedding and in recent years we would text about days gone by and our mutual love for Bette, who we both missed so much.
