Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel Obituary

William “Bob” Robert Harris III, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away on June 22, 2025. Born and raised in Pensacola, Bob was a devoted husband, loving father, proud brother, uncle, and loyal friend.

Bob worked for 32 years at Craftsman Concrete alongside his best friend, Pat Sullivan. Known for his strong work ethic and can-do attitude, he took great pride in his work and was always happiest building or fixing something. Whether it was a project around the house or lending a hand to others, Bob’s hands were rarely still—and his heart was always all in.

He loved fishing, watching sports of all kinds, and most of all, spending time with his family. His greatest accomplishments weren’t found in awards or titles, but in the life he built with the people he loved.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William “Bill” Robert Harris II and Rosemary Hartley Harris.

Bob is survived by his wife, April Harris; his children, Kristen Harris, Garrett (Duke), Precious (Robert), and Hunter (Lilian); his sister, Kelley Harris; and brothers, Mike Harris (Karen) and Chris Harris.

A memorial visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the memorial service begins at 11:00 am on Friday, June 27, 2025 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.

Not sure what to say?

Bob you anchored a great family. We miss living on the block, and seeing you on the porch every day.

Knew Bob my whole life, his mom, my memories are priceless. Sports, school, just hanging out. One of the best! Bless you all.

Carrying good memories and good thoughts of you Bob!

Will think of you forever and after, brother.
