I remember the Block Street House and all the good timesthere. I'm greatful for the laughter Billy brought to everyone. He was a great friend and a stand up guy all the way through. My heartfelt condolences are with all of you.

To the entire Affleck family,
I was deeply saddened when I heard the news about Billy. All the memories of "the good old days" came flooding back and I do smile when I think of the good times we all had. I can picture all of us hanging up at Arnold's Park, hiding the beers in the barrel, all the guys "sleeping over" at the park on Friday and Saturday nights, playing frisbee, football, hanging in The Depot to get away from the rain, snow and cold, Owens' News, hanging in the...
