Not sure what to say?

Dad:

I can not begin to tell you how much we all miss you.

It has been a difficult year to say the least.

Tyler, Julia, and Billy are growing up so fast (it is amazing) !

Know that you are in my thoughts each and every day.

Life Is Not Fair.

This is not an easy deer season to get through...I cannot even begin to describe all the times Iv'e shared with Bill. To this day I still find it hard to believe that I'll only be able to speak of such times in the past tense. To me there isn't even a deer season this year, I can't imagine going into the woods without him out there somewhere, his tell-tale duckwalk footprints in the snow proving he beat me to "the spot". He was there early on to welcome (or initiate) me to the neighborhood,...

I am so sorry about the loss of Bill. I only knew Bill for a little over 5 years and had the chance to work with Bill at Genesee Speedway this past racing season. Bill will most definately be missed at the speedway as he stopped to talked with many of the racers over the course of the night.

I had the pleasure of meeting and briefly getting to know Bill,I am a crew chief of a race car at Genessee speedway,Bill would stop at the shop once or twice a week and talk about racing.I will miss talking to him when we are working in the shop.

I don't believe I have met your dad but being a member of the nys big buck club for ten years with this proud organization and familiar with many scorers and their dedication I know the type of man he was through the obits and notes. Carry on your dad's work as though he would want you too.You have my deepest sympathy and will always remember him as he perished on my birthday. I am 80 and looking for my replacement but they are very hard to find in these troubled times.
May God bless you...

Mrs. Alhart, Harley, Laura & Mary Beth,
I was so sad to hear of Mr. Alhart's passing. My memories of freshman football games still include him standing next to the field on clear & crisp Saturday mornings, looking so proud of Harley and the rest of us boys. He will be missed. My mom, dad, and sister also share their condolences.
