Sending our deepest sympathies! Blessings & Peace Dianne Fontana & Family

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked many years with Billy and have many great memories.

If his family is any indication, then Mr. Allard was a an impressive man who raised impressive children. What a great comfort to them to know that he is now with his wife in the great beyond, while his children continue to live out his legacy. Love and prayers.

To Dave and Katie,
I am so deeply saddened to hear about your dad! As I said to Dave and others have said, he is with your beloved Mom , where he wants to be! It doesn’t lessen the sadness but I hope it gives a little relief as he loved her so dearly! I will continue to pray for you both ( and Katie’s family ) and pray you both heal through the last few , hard years that life has dealt! May God bless you all!

I love you
