I had the pleasure of attending Gretna Public School and being a classmate of Bill. I do not know of anyone who ever had a negative word to say about Bill. He was always a caring person and would do anything possible to help a friend or someone in need. I did not have a chance to see Bill for several years but he will be missed as he is someone who can not be replaced! Rest in peace, Bill!!
