Hey Dad - Really feeling your presence and know your around. Thanks for the comfort and synchronicities that are happening. Miss you here and wish you could share some of the Mince Pie I just made. I had the honor and pleasure to clerk for this amazing man for many years. Thanks for the memories "commish" My deepest sympathy to Kathy and the family

I just recently heard of Commissioner Allen´s passing. I knew him professionally while working for LA Superior Court. He was always thoughtful, fair and compassionate to the families he served and my favorite Judge to work for in the Family Law Department. My heartfelt condolences to his wife, Kathy and the Allen family. Your honor, RIP.

My brother Bill-book lover, theatre goer, film aficionado, game organizer and changer of its rules, wit, insightful observer of human foibles. Doting grandfather, father, brother and friend. His best years spent with all of us with his beloved wife kathy by his side. Heaven, open your doors wide for this beautiful loving man.

The Salpointe Catholic High School community extends deepest sympathy to Bill's family and friends. You are in our prayers at this difficult time.

I was a tenant of Bill Allen for a few years, and he couldn't have been a better landlord. He was fair and had a bit of a dry wit. Condolences to the family especially at this time of year.
