Not sure what to say?

Rev. Ambrose made a huge impact on my life & provided a remarkable experience to all of my fellow youth choir members at Parkview during the 70's. Memories of his direction of the choir & the singing-ministry trips he meticulously organized that took us to Ridgecrest, Canada, Florida with stops in Johns Island SC, Georgia & Disney World remain inspirational stories told and retold for many years. I always loved Sunday evening choir practice, followed by a snack prepared by the mothers (he...

I have been affected in the most wonderful way, by this man, as a young teen at Parkview Baptist. Being in the youth choir, he taught me so much about music, that has even continued almost 45 years later as I took a music appreciation class in college. Thank you for sharing him all these years. I know he is singing and leading in Heaven.

Isn't it wonderful to see and read all of the responses paying respect to a wonderful and loving man, Reverend Ambrose! He glorified Jesus, and led many to accept Jesus as their savior. Yes he will be missed by his wonderful family, but also his Christian family. I am sure Donald is leading the choir in Heaven, and glorifying our precious God. Thank you father for giving me a chance to be his friend a long time ago. He touched my life as well as thousands of others. God bless you all, and as...

God bless all of u. You're in my prayers!

I feel blessed to have known such a kind, gentle Christian man. He touched so many people's hearts through his love of Christ and passion for music. I pray for his loving family.

Lots of love and prayers for comfort to Del, Carla, Tammie and family.

Carla, Tammie, Tal, Margie, and family,

How saddened we were to learn of your father and husband's passing. What a magnificent addition to the heavenly choir! No doubt, Don is leading there. We were members of Parkview in the 70's and 80's, during which it was my honor and privilege to work with him and under his direction in the choir. What glorious music he led us to perform. His pure joy and love of the Lord was evident not only in his music ministry, but also on his face and...

My condolences to the Ambrose family and all close to him. He ment a great deal to me and my family at Parkview and I loved being in his choir and working with him and the children's music department. He was a blessing to all.
