Rae And Family, I am so sorry for your loss. You know that he fought the good fight and he wouldn't come Back even though he loved you all so much. He will be missed!

Dear Rae and Family: We are so very sorry to hear of W.L.' passing. Please know you and your family are in our prayers with love to all. May God give you peace and comfort during this time of sadness. He was a jovial person and enjoyed the jokes he and Phil would go back and forth with at each other. Loved how he teased Mom (Mary Phillips) and get her so flustered. Please know he will be missed by the Phillips' family.
Love,

So sorry to hear about William. I am sure he will be missed. Take comfort in knowing that those who have died, to God are as good as alive. A good name is better than good oil and the day of death is better than the day of birth. Eccl. 7:1

To Raye and the entire family. I hope you find strength in each other through this time. Remembering all the good that was W.L. I was hired and started working for MBFD Nov. 1986. W.L. was my Captain. I ran my first call with him to a small fire at the Dolphin Motel. What a different day and time those years were. Bless all of you for sharing him with us.
