Not sure what to say?

Bill was a wonderful friend and great law partner for many years. He was an officer and a gentleman. And, a loving husband and father. I learned a lot from his thoughtful, honorable approach to any matter. Bill will truly be missed. R.I.P.

Mary Claire and families and friends we offer our heartfelt condolences to all of you. Having you both in Naples and in Country Glen has been memorable.

Very sorry I was unable to attend this weekend. My sincere condolences to the entire wonderful Anhut family, in particular my friend and FGR classmate Matt. Mr. Anhut had the rare ability to blend wit, wisdom, faith and mirth into seemingly all aspects of life......what a wonderful gift to leave the world. May his soul rest in peace.

Dear Mary Claire and Family, Uncle Bill was one of the kindest, funniest, loving, intelligent people we will ever know. He was such a force growing up, and so much fun. He will definitely be missed. Please know we are thinking of you .

Bill was a wonderful family man and civic servant. He touched many lives in a powerful way, including mine. I was the beneficiary of his wit and wisdom during innumerable carpool rides with the Anhut family, and I enjoyed the family´s warm hospitality during New Year´s Day game watching and numerous other parties at the Anhut home. When I was accepted at the University of Notre Dame, Bill went out of his way to find me a great summer job to help cover the tuition so I could actually attend,...

Dear Mary Claire and family, My heart goes out to all of you at the loss of Bill. I first met your family as a first year teacher at St. Thomas when Francie was in my class. Over the years I taught many of the Anhut kids, and they were all delightful and unique. They truly are your legacy. After I left St. Thomas, we became neighbors in Sherman Oaks for over 20 years. I enjoyed watching Bill and his cohorts on the tennis court as I took my walks. Bill always shouted out a greeting....

My Sincere Sympathies go out to the Entire Anhut Family, Your dad lived an awesome life and raised a great Family. God Bless !

My sympathies to the Anhut family.

Thank God for the Anhuts. The family is all together and reminiscing of the Greatest Generation.
