Some of my best memories as a kid were of us kids running around the neighborhood and having a blast. I haven't seen most of my friends from the neighborhood in 30 years. I miss those days, but memories are forever. God bless your family.

Billy was a great guy, and will be missed. I've known him and the Arts family for most of my life, and wanted to send along my thoughts, prayers and condolences. He always had a kind word and a smile for everyone. Rest in peace Bill.

My thoughts and prayers for Bill's family and friends during this difficult time. Please know that you are not alone. I worked with Bill and always appreciated his patience in teaching me, and loved his soulful smile. He will truly be missed.

So sorry for your loss. I've known Bill through work for some years; he will always be known for his positive attitude.

Lived by the Arts family growing up and worked with Deb and Billy. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I was so sorry to hear about Bill's passing. Will always remember his heart warming smile and his friendly attitude! The world lost one of the good ones. Sorry for your loss Teresa.

As Mr. Joel sang, "Only the good die young"...certainly holds true of Bill Arts.

Sending my condolences to the Arts family. Bill had such a contagious smile and big heart. I have such fond memories from my summer trips as a teen hanging out with Bill and the Escanaba Clan. May Bill rest in peace. My prayers go out to his family and loved ones. Much love and hugs always...<3
