Joan, Sandy and I extend our deepest sorrow and prayers for you and your family. After working with him in the MDOC, golfing, fishing, and deer looking (hunting), it will always be my privilege and honor to have known Bill. The world lost one of the warmest, most accepting and loving people ever. You´ll be forever missed Bill. It was a privilege to have known you. The world may be sadder without you, but the examples you gave us in life have made it a better place. Thank you!
