William R. Balbach

How very sorry we were to hear about the passing of "Grandpa Balbach". He was a saint and a blessing to so many, young and old! We feel blessed to have known him and have appreciated his wonderful watercolors. We hold his family in our hearts and prayers. We rejoice with his family for a life well lived. We wish we were nearer to attend his service.

I've been told that in heaven and in the new earth, artists will be able to use their gifts in ways that are unimaginable to us. Bill must now be painting with colors unavailable to him before... creating canvases that are no longer bound by human restraints. I shall miss his smile and his enthusiastic approach to life when I visit my mother (Martha Terpstra) at Covenant Village!
