Balcom Family, Very sorry to read of Bill's passing. I worked with Bill many years ago on the County Garage, when I was an apprentice. A good-natured man. He always had that world class smile. Never heard him speak an ill word toward anyone. And he sure loved to rodeo. My condolences to all.
