Billy will be missed this summer at Saratoga. It won't be the same without him. RIP my friend.

My memories of Billy are of a kind friend with a sharp sense of humor. Our conversations always included laughter. We would pick up right where we left off, regardless if it had been the time between races, or the time between seasons. Condolences to the family.

My memories of Bill go back to St. Joseph's Grade School in Scotia. He enjoyed life on his terms and was a good friend. My condolences to his family.
