Wow! Another year has gone by...another year closer to being reunited with our dear nephew Jose. The year has provided many opportunities to recall the many memories spent together during his lifetime. Of course, food was central to many of those memories because Jose loved to cook and share his love of cooking. Can't believe it has been a year since Jose departed this earthly life. So glad we were able to visit his resting place about two months ago. Transition from this life to the next gives us the opportunity to reflect on our earthly life and celebrate the many interactions that produced fond and lasting memories.
