I was so blessed to have Bill and Al Carter as my bus drivers for so many years. I didn't realize it at the time but I was being given a gift from god that I will always cherish. My thoughts and prayers to all who knew him.

Bill was one of a kind! He loved all of his kids he had on his bus route and took care of them when they needed it! He was always laughing and made our bus rides enjoyable! I loved him so much and thankful he was a part of my childhood and beyond! You will be missed! RIP, Bill (as we kids knew him)! ❤
