Not sure what to say?

As we all know Bill was one of a kind and he will be missed by so many people. We loved him very much. My sympathy goes out to Martha and all of your family. He was such a sweetheart that never met a stranger. We all will miss him so much.

My Dear Sweet Friend Martha, I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. You and Bill took me under your wings when I was a young adult. I know that I am a better person for having known the both of you. My heart goes out to you during your time of sorrow. "War Eagle Bill" Much Love to You, Bobby, Billy and their families. Charlotte Grantham Goodman

Our heart felt sympathy goes out to you, Martha, and your family. We did not know Bill personally, but we did know of his love for the Auburn Tigers. His love for the Auburn team, his family, and friends will be missed. We admired his devotion to the football program. From all the Auburn tales we heard, he was a great person to know. Bill left this life at a good time for him and his team. War Eagle for Bill!

May His Memory be Eternal our thoughts and prayer are with you and your family. " a Big War Eagle for Bill" Connie Kanakis.

I want to send my condolences to the Barker family. I did not know him personally, but from what I have he would have been a great person to know. It is hard to lose someone that has been in your life for so long, but just know he went to a better place.

Martha, our thoughts and prayers go out to you are your family. I always enjoyed going to Auburn and seeing you there espically Bill in his "War Eagle" suit. Aimee and I wish we could be there but will come by soon.

I will always remember Mr. Barker's passion for Auburn football and the personal relationship that he had with the players. He always made it a point to say hello to me at Tiger Walk and to ask about my family. Not a game day will ever go by that I won't recall seeing Mr. Barker in his double knit War Eagle suit. He was an original, a very special man, and a good friend. War Eagle Bill! See you someday soon.
