Not sure what to say?

Bill Barrow was an amazingly wonderful companion and friend that walked with me for an exciting part of our life. It is great to know he traveled thru life with many many people who loved him so !

I'm only now learning of Bill's death and am so very saddened. The obituary was perfect. I may have added something about his distinctive accent though. I was fascinated by his memory of the words to church hymns. One time when we went to mass at a start-up Episcopal church in Santa Rosa, Florida, in a trailer, Bill never had to look at the words in the hymnal. He knew every verse of every hymn we sang. Very sad, I am. David Gary, Birmingham, Alabama.

Bill Guy, I was among the first relatives to love you. I thought of you as my baby. I was almost 10 when we met. Couldn't wait to hold you. What a joy you brought to our lives. It was wonderful to be around you. You were smart and kind and so loving. It was indeed an honor to be your cousin. We enjoyed holidays and dinners at Auntie's. We had fun with your dog, Princess. Your postcards from far away places meant so much. Although we lost touch you will always be smiling in my heart and...

Bill, I've thought about you quite often in the years since Katrina, it seems that that's when we lost touch. I'll always remember your dry, sweet sense of humor and your generosity. You once told me years ago that if you were ever not able to get around at 100%, that you would not let me know, that you wanted me to remember you as you were... you kept that promise and I'll keep mine. To me, you're out there conquering the world with all of your travels and selling exquisite jewelry. ...

We will forever remember you billy. We love you and i will always remember you singing rain makes corn with me. :) my guardian angel
