I am so sorry to hear this sad news. I taught with Judge Baughman many times during his work in the Notre Dame Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. We enjoyed teaching with each other and he was a wonderful teacher to our students. I will miss him and his wonderful spirit. He was one of a kind.
