I was sorry to learn today of the passing of Bill Baxter. My late husband, Bob, and I considered him a very special friend. He often sent us articles from the Wall Street Journal with comments on them, called my husband often when he was quite ill and always was just such a wise, kind and personable man. He had a long, useful life, and he will be missed.
