William Otto Beard

William was born on November 8, 1954 and passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2018. William was a resident of Ponca City, Oklahoma at the time of passing. William grew up and attended grade school in Amorita, Oklahoma and graduated from Burlington High School in Burlington, Oklahoma.
