I had the pleasure of knowing Will and along with Jay Alcocer, coaching Will, his brother Alex, my son Eric, and Jay's son Jonathan on a couple of baseball teams. He and Alex competed against Eric and Jonathan whenever Mid-Carolina played Chapin. Eric has been quiet all week and not his normal self since he heard this news.
