William Bell Jr.

I studied at DBU under Dr. Bell in the 80's. He taught me things that have become realities in our very time. Dr. Bell was very cool too. At the beginning of each class he would open a can of Dr. Pepper and throw the tab over his head and right into the wastebasket. Very fond memories.

Dr Bell inspired me to invite theologian F F Bruce to DBU. We had been studying Bruce books and Dr Bell mentioned how much he admired and respected Bruce so I called England and invited him anc he accepted ... rest is history..

Dr William E Bell was one of the most influential Bible teachers I ever sat under.
May God minister to his family in their loss.
