William "Bobo" Bennett

We are saddened by the news of Bill's passing. Since meeting him over 40 ywars ago through our working together at OIC to our last phone conversation, Bill has been known as a True and Honest friend. We will remember always ❤ his jokester personality that kept everyone laughing. Never was there a conversation without "Gwen" inserted throughout.
God's Blessings are upon the family and Thank You for sharing him with us all.

Mrs.Bennett & family, You have my deepest sympathies in the loss of your loved one.Bill was my boss and my nightschool teacher at South.He and Pat taught me how to write a resume which landed me a job.He had a quick wit that kept me laughing.God's comfort to you all during this difficult time. Gwen and family our family grieves with you. Ive known Bill since I was 12 yrs old. He was one of my late husbands best friends since we were all teenagers. He would often call and check on me over the years. I will miss those phone calls. He would often say to me if you are feeling bad, take 2 aspirin and call me in the morning . He fought a good fight and loved you all. May he RIP.

Bill Bennett, my most dearest friend. I don't know where to start for there's no end to the good things to say or all that Bill Bennett meant to me. My deepest sympathy and sincere condolences to Gwen and the Bennett family. Whenever you ran into "BB", you were guaranteed that it would be a pleasant and positive encounter. From working with him at GM, I developed a habit of greeting him with "BB what's up!". I will miss those moments, along with his indelible personality and spirit. "BB" has been released from the confines of time, and has moved into eternity. Praying for the strength and comfort of Gwen and the entire family.
