Bill and Joyce were extraordinary people who perfectly represented the heart and soul of Skagit Valley. As hard as it is to imagine this world without Bill in it, I know he´s happy to be reunited with his beloved, Joyce. I will never forget his adorable laugh and his endless generosity. He was such a wonderful guy. I feel so lucky to have had his friendship.
