Not sure what to say?

It seems like yesterday , that Skip and I lived across the street from Bill and Jeanette. The memory of him brings a smile to my face- from to pulling a sliver from my 4 year old son to catching a mouse in my living room- Bill was just the best and funniest neighbor - Skip loved to shoot hoop with Bill - and I´m imagining Bill and Skip playing a game together in a beautiful place - Skip passed away just 7 months ago - not sure the family knew - but this day is a day to say how fond our family...

I am so saddened to hear of Bill's death. Both Bill and Jeanette were our very best neighbors.
Bill removed a 2 inch sliver from our 4 year old son' s foot.. Not allowing me to touch it , Bill took Zak, our son to his house across the street....I stayed home
5 minutes later and no more sliver, I told Bill how impressed I was and asked how he had managed a screaming 4 year old.. "Easy, said Bill, I paid him 5 bucks"
We could always count on Bill .. He will not be forgotten!

I would aslo like to share that one of my favorite memories of Bill is playing basketball with him. Bill had set up a basketball court on the street in front of our homes. The neighborhood kids and adults would play for hours on that court.
Bill also played with a group of us guys at neighborhood gyms twice a week. One of the guys who played with us was Nick Bolos. Bill and Nick went back to high school at Washington. Nick passed away about three weeks ago. An anecdotal and true story...

Bill and his family are in my prayers.

I was so sadden to read of Bill's passing. My heart goes out to you and your family. Annie Powers. [email protected]

To the entire Bergstrom family, we are truly sorry for your loss. He was part of our dental family for 19 years and we thoroughly enjoyed his dry sense of humor and his need to hop out of the chair if he was left alone for more than a moment. He was affectionately known as "Can't Sit Still Bill" and we will miss him dearly!
Sincerely, Dr. John, Kathy and Sarah

Dear Jeanette - I can't adequately express how sorry I was to learn of Bill's death in todays paper. Bill was one of my favorite people and I'll always remember the great times we shared at OSU. Please accept my sincere condolences to you and your entire family.
