ive known him for 19 years on a different level then all of you... he wasnt just a friend.. he was my dad. he is very loved and very missed. i cant belive hes been gone for 5 days already. this will never be easy but it will be managable... RIP dad im missing you

I've known Billy for 15 years and he was a good friend with a big heart--always willing to help out those in need--I know he has left behind many teenage boys with whom he worked at Spring Run School--I'll miss you buddy!
