Many in Beaufort knew this fine gentleman because his daughter Linda involved him in many activities. We all knew him as "Dad"!! He was a true Southern gentleman and will be missed by many. One evening when he was in my home he asked me if I could play "The King Is Coming" on the piano. I told him I could if he would sing. We had a very enjoyable evening sing many hymns. "Dad" will be missed but we know he was ready to go to his new home in heaven. God bless all who mourn his passing.❤
